How long do HG candles burn? Forevah right?

The burn time of our candles varies depending on the vessel and the environment in which the candle is burning.But as a rule of thumb: every ounce of wax gives 6-7 hours of burn time. So our 6 oz. candle would last up to 40-45 hours.

What if I’m a Glow Hauxx that likes to RE PURPOSE the container?

The possibilities for re purposing your H+G container are endless boo! Try cute little things like a succulent planter, pencil cup, random-ish holder, and much more. Be sure to heat the remaining wax by running hot water into the candle to melt the remaining wax so you can scoop it out. Show the Glow Fam your creativity and make sure to tags us (#healglow) on Instagram.

How long will my candle last if I don’t burn it right away?

Because our candles are made with soy wax, they will not become stale and like you, only get better with time. After about a month of curing, the candle will reach its peak. So, even after 2 months, you can keep on healing and glowing baby!

SIDE NOTE: What’s curing you ask? Curing is a process during which a chemical reaction or physical action takes place, resulting in a harder, tougher, or more stable substance.

H+G uses Soy wax for our candles because we care about our Glow Fam and the world we live in. Soy wax is derived from natural vegetables, is 100% biodegradable and offers a cleaner burning experience. This means no toxins, carcinogens or pollutants are entering your space.

I need to heal and glow ASAP! Where is my candle?

Keep in mind that each purchase is made to order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Additionally, you will receive another email when your order is out for delivery and when it has actually delivered.Please check the H+G Shipping policy for more information. Otherwise visit one our stockist to take your purchase home right away.

What if I want to send some Glow Haux love to someone else?

We can fill it out a gift note for you and offer special wrapping for you if you specify during checkout. If the order is going straight to the person you're gifting, we will be sure to leave the sales receipt out.

Can I be an international Glow Haux or be a Glow Haux with a P.O Box?

Absolutely! We want family around the globe. While we can ship packages to P.O. Boxes located within the United States. At this time we do not offer overseas shipping.
